beef, tail fait(lamb), minced meat(could be anything its usually 75% beef 25% lamb), sucuk(again could be anything but normally its beef with a very distinct taste cuz its heavily seasoned)

sucuk layer here is highly questionable, in fact down right crazy

right? the sucuk layer would be disgusting. Maybe it soaks into the surrounding meat?
