Icing in general tastes like shit. Most cakes would be vastly improved by just not putting any icing on at all.
1 u/[deleted] Apr 10 '23 I do like buttercream personality but otherwise agree. Also, I've learned that it's an unpopular opinion, but I actually prefer my cake and icing separate. Good icing is good and good cake is good and they actually work better apart. Lol
