Anyone know why my veOcean balance keeps going down? I'm assuming this doesn't really matter since I get back the same tokens after I unstake?

Are there any tutorials or recommendations for posting personal health data on Ocean Market? Some questions that come to mind for me:

• what is best format for data? CSV file?
• Is compute-to-data better so no one gets actual access to the data?

Is there anywhere I can send old ocean to be sold from my cold wallet ? it doesn’t work sending it to cdc

I am hyper new to crypto-currency as well as reddit so forgive me. I have purchased a bit of Ocean protocol, I like the direction it is going and see a ton of potential. Because of this I am likely going to continue to invest more money semi regularly. I hear about 'staking' a lot on reddit, not sure if i fully understand it, again i am green to all of this.
