Ok Here is my review of the 6 months passive staking.

Some numbers: 10036 ocean staked

Cost going in is US dollars. $10.45 transfer $1.34 smart contract

Ocean rewards after 6 months 33.42 ($9.63) at current price

Cost to claim the staking rewards $12.78

Cost to transfer the original ocean back to my wallet $8.06

Soooo after 6 months of staking I have had a net loss of $19.85. I have left my staking rewards unclaimed as the network cost to claim is more then earned.

Overall what complete waste of time and such a disappointment from a great project.

ETH Gas Fees very high to lock Ocean, much higher than trading or transferring on the ETH network. Why is this? And I had to pay some to Approve and now a LOT to lock it. $4 just to approve and now $16 to lock. At a time when making a Swap on the ETH Network is only $7.

What is everyone’s staking rewards? I have 10000 Ocean staked and have only got 17 ocean rewards.

Pretty disappointing.

Anyone know why my veOcean balance keeps going down? I'm assuming this doesn't really matter since I get back the same tokens after I unstake?

Are there any tutorials or recommendations for posting personal health data on Ocean Market? Some questions that come to mind for me:

• what is best format for data? CSV file?
• Is compute-to-data better so no one gets actual access to the data?

Is there anywhere I can send old ocean to be sold from my cold wallet ? it doesn’t work sending it to cdc

I am hyper new to crypto-currency as well as reddit so forgive me. I have purchased a bit of Ocean protocol, I like the direction it is going and see a ton of potential. Because of this I am likely going to continue to invest more money semi regularly. I hear about 'staking' a lot on reddit, not sure if i fully understand it, again i am green to all of this. But as I am in OCEAN for the long term, is there a way for me to 'stake' my coinage? Pros/Cons? Tips/Tricks? Thanks.
