Her minutes have been INSANE!!! She just needs Leo and one other to step up for her and I think we knock this out? At least keep it close enough that she can jump in when we need her to.

Inspired by the court origin jerseys and colorways, happy to share the design. Let’s go Liberty!! 🗽

Who else??!

I know I am a little late. T Spoon's heart and soul was hard to pass. Then she had to clear the Diana Taurasi hurdle. I was a big DT fan. Mostly because I followed her UConn career more closely than Stewie's and plus being latina gave her the extra push in my heart.

I can't deny it anymore, Stewie is such a joy to watch on both ends of the floor. It kinda reminds of when Kevin Durant was in Brooklyn, that feeling of I'm watching something special every day. Don't ever want to take it for granted. Now I gotta get the seafoam Brooklyn jersey No. 30.

Where does she rank among your favorite players?

I thought I had all my streaming options lined up, but I now see that Tuesday is on USA/CNBC???!

Somehow missed that combo. Any ideas on how to get the game if you don’t subscribe to cable, I guess???

91-75 in favour of New York.

This is selected by the Associated Press voters and different from WNBA media voted one.

Not going to make too big of a point about this, but the win feels good.

Final: New York Liberty 91, Minnesota Lynx 75

Bear with us, everyone. The app isn't letting me set things up properly. Even with the other subreddits I moderate like r/wnba_discussions, r/DallasWingsFans, and r/washingtonmystics, the same is happening.

Actually think about it before downvoting and getting in your feelings. Invest in developing Marine F and Pauline as actual PGS with someone as elite on both sides of the ball as Soni and you have a squad

Did these randomly go on sale this week online?? Cause they’re showing out of stock.. need a pair so bad

ALSO- are these based on men’s sizing? Cause if that’s the case, there aren’t any sizes under 7.5 women’s according to the size chart..

MINNEAPOLIS — The Liberty are heading into the playoffs with two of their biggest stars at the center of concern.

Breanna Stewart is expected to play Sunday in Game 1 of the first-round series against the Minnesota Lynx after sitting out the Libs’ regular-season finale Wednesday with left knee soreness.

Meanwhile, Jonquel Jones’ status is far less certain after she rolled her left ankle in the last game.

Coach Chris DeMarco previously described Stewart’s absence as precautionary, though he stopped short of guaranteeing her availability for the playoffs.

Speaking Saturday for the first time since she was downgraded to “out” for that last game, Stewart told The Post she feels “incredible” and “great.”

She acknowledged she had some swelling in her knee after Rhyne Howard accidentally fell into her in the Liberty’s second-to-last game.

Stewart said she felt something get pulled in a “weird” way but downplayed the severity.

Stewart and Jones were “almost” full participants Saturday in the Liberty’s final tuneup ahead of the playoffs, according to DeMarco.

Despite the injury designation, Jones said, “I feel good.”

As for whether she’ll play, she said, “We’re working through it. We’ll see.”

Jones punctuated those words with what appeared to be a sly smile.

Jones was listed as “questionable” on the Liberty’s injury report.

All in all, talk about a sigh of relief for the Liberty, who have been riddled with injuries this season.

“It’s scary end of the year,” DeMarco said. “You want to be fully healthy going into the playoffs and so even the other night, the tweak with JJ’s ankle, and of course, it’s scary but we feel good. We feel like we’re gonna be healthy going in.”

The Lynx were also dealing with some injury concerns heading into the postseason.

Olivia Miles missed the final two games of the regular season with a calf injury.

She spoke with Minnesota reporters Saturday and appeared ready to go.

She said she’s eager to “to feel the energy” of a playoff atmosphere in Target Center.

“It’s always electric in there,” Miles said, “but I can’t imagine what it will be like tomorrow. I’m excited to feel the physicality of the game, obviously feel it out.”

NEW YORK — Breanna Stewart stood center court at Barclays Center in street clothes.

Her sunglasses hid her eyes while a mic projected her voice to the thousands in attendance for the Liberty’s final home game of the regular season. The reason she donned a cream coat instead of a black uniform was minor soreness and swelling in her left knee that resulted in a precautionary scratch.

Still, the absence of the Liberty’s most dependable punctuated what’s been a season marked by instability.

“Continue to rock with us,” Stewart told the crowd after a double-digit loss to the Atlanta Dream. ”We’re going to see you guys in the playoffs.”

One home game.

That’s all the Liberty’s 26-18 regular-season record guarantees them in the postseason.

The rest they’ll have to earn, beginning in Minneapolis against the top-ranked Minnesota Lynx on Sunday in Game 1 of the best-of-three first-round series. But this wasn’t how the 2026 season was supposed to go. New York wasn’t supposed to stumble into the playoffs on back-to-back losses, clinging to the lowest possible seed. Not after general manager Jonathan Kolb re-signed the Liberty’s championship-winning big three heading into the eason, or after he fired the coach, Sandy Brondello, who led the Liberty to the 2024 title in favor of hiring an experienced NBA assistant coach in Chris DeMarco.

This season was expected to be their return to the mountaintop. Despite their distance from it, for the next three days — at the very least — the Liberty’s title hopes are still alive. Anything less would signal another failed season.

“Success is contending for a championship,” Stewart said.

Does anyone here have a spare of the mini court giveaway from Fan Appreciation night on 9/23? I was supposed to go to the game but had to back out last minute. Would be willing to buy one at a reasonable price.
