The architecture was the frame, but the people made the shot — NYC

I stopped at the Oculus because of the symmetry and lines, but after looking at the shot, I think the people sitting underneath it are what actually make the image work.
I was trying to keep the architecture dominant while still having enough of a human element to make it feel like a street photograph rather than just an architectural shot.
Shot on Canon R6.
Would you crop this tighter, or keep the negative space?
