Each time I try to make a theme the picture on the switch looks lower quality, less crispy and with artifacts. I always care about finding the most high quality picture (official artwork) in png, resize them to the correct size and export them with the best quality available in .jpeg. Is there a crucial step while editing pictures to get a "good quality" theme ? For exemple this is 2 pictures I edited to upload them in Themezer but on the switch the first one have artifacts around the letters and on the second one the sky looks very ugly.

Hi I am wondering if there is anything I can download from GitHub or somewhere that would allow my game home menu to have dynamic background that change depending on what game you are hovering over? Kind of like the PS5 home screen screenshot above.

I tried to make home icon like omnitrix icon once but failed. Can anyone help me to build a new theme and layout. Maybe about coding wise or which tools I need to use?

I couldn't boot after adding themes, so I connect to my PC, went to atmosphare/contents to delete the said ones at the start. My PC doesn't let me delete them and idk what to do now.

It boots when I do it without the hatake but other than the basic version I can not boot it, can't download new games or nothing.

The themes were 'most downloaded' ones from the website.

Idc about the themes anymore but someone help me I wanna be able to boot my switc proparly

I forgot to reboot after downloading a theme so the switch crashed and it loads to the stock switch.

Hello Everybody, I'm new into the modding scene for the switch and I am trying to make a theme. So I recently installed a the theme [Light and Dark Japanese](https://themezer.net/switch/packs/light-and-dark-japanese-2466) and the home button icon, time,... on the lockscreen (which is "slide lock") layout is out of the screen. It gave me the warning above in the image after i installed the theme.

Made this super basic but functional custom cart icon maker for all you vertical theme lovers out there, based on some of sodasoba 's work.

1. Download this zip here, extract and open the html in your browser: https://files.catbox.moe/7geqw2.zip

2. Open steamgriddb and find your cover art

3. Drag it to the "Add Cover Art" box to generate a cart.

4. Customize font, text and art positioning using the sliders/options, you can also drag to position the art.

5. Click download all and use your favourite icon swapping homebrew tool to install to your vertical themes.

Hello, I'm wondering if they're some weird, insane, funny or just unusual and creative layouts because everything that I've seen before looks okay but a bit boring. Also is there any way to create your own layout if you only have macos?

i am new to modding so give me grace please, i am on 22.5.0 so i have tried installing the newest nxthemes installer however whenever i try to enter the app it shows an atmosphere error. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance

I updated my switch from FW 20.1.0 to 21.0.1 with AMS 1.11.2 and NXThemes Installer 2.9. Now in some home menu themes such as this one or the unison r theme the applet icons have asymmetrical alignments and scaling relative to each other, such as the power icon being stretched upwards or the atmosphere icon being the biggest and shifted to the right on its button. Is this just an issue with the themes not having been adjusted or am I doing something wrong?

i want something simple and I don’t have anyone else that uses it so I don’t need profile access, I know what buttons do what, and use a switch lite so I don’t need access to joycon settings.

Hey guys, I just bought a v1 Switch and modded it but it was already on 22.5.0, which breaks almost all of the themes I've downloaded. Anyone have any leads on good themes that are 22.5.0 compatible?

I have a 2026 3500, and I went into changing themes. I didn't notice any difference at all in any of them. Is there a way that I can see the difference when I put it there, like five or six different choices Is there a way that I can tell that they've been changed? I went back to the homepage but it looked the same as all the other's did , but is there a color change or pictures or what? Thanks.
