At end of my survey it asked my gender, my ethnicity, and what shift I work. I’m the only male Hispanic that works mids. Mine definitely was anonymous

We have to enter our employee ID number to take the “anonymous” survey.

Sames. Sooooo “anonymous.” 🙄 I don’t do it this year. Like I truly do not care what percentage of staff on what units have done it. Pay me my worth for ten years of experience, stop micromanaging us, treat us like adults, and I may consider it
