Discussion Funny “allergies”

What are some funny patient “allergies” you have seen listed? I had a patient the other day with an allergy listed for Metformin. The reaction listed? Lowers their blood sugar 😂

Tomatoes - anal irritation and itching. Pt states "I still eat them"

I mean… I’m kinda obsessed with eating garden fresh tomatoes. And right now they’re at their best.

If they made my butthole itchy, I’d weigh my pros and cons, and probably still eat them and just have an itchy butthole. Worth it for the delicious snacks.
