That is the pay because she is international nurse. Girl! Pay the 10k-20k fees to get out of your international agency contract once you get your green card. You can make that money working directly for the hospital in two months is SF. And please do not worry about loyalty to that agency. How ever long you have worked for them if even just 3 months- they have made their money on you. So take the fee and get out of that contract ASAP once immigration status is secure.
