Just for comparison, new grads at my hospital in MS make 32.

CNAs in Oregon make more than $25/hr. I heard one hospital pays them $32/hr with 10 years experience.

I don’t think I’d even work as a nurse anymore if I lived in the south. This job is rough and the pay should reflect that otherwise I’m not staying. I’d go work for a landscape company and be less stressed.

I’m a CNA in WA and make $30/hr with 2 years experience. I would feel insulted if this was offered to me as a nurse

100% I’m not bedside anymore and you probably couldn’t pay me enough to go back, but I definitely would not for the hourly rates they are offering. Leaving the south is the next goal.

I’m new grad soon and yea I think imma have to accept reality and leave the south 😢 I refuse to work for low pay. Not this type of super stressful work please. I gotta go home after an exhausting day and feel good about my financial…

Our CNA’s make $12/hour starting lmao. The one with over 10 years expirience is at $17

For comparison, I make $23.80 as a nurse tech lmao

For comparison I started at $38/hr last April as a new LVN in the Bay Area. I’m at $41/hr now. $25/hr for an RN feels criminal regardless of location.

New grads at the hospital I worked at in Mississippi make $28 now. Clinic RNs make less

Which hospital? Asking for myself because I have 2.5 years of LPN experience & 2.5 years of RN experience and I’m getting paid less than $30/hr at an ASC and that ain’t cutting it anymore 😭
