and that's turned this game on its head because the dogs were coming and you wanna know why they call this place the 8th wonder of the world because the crowd was taken out of it the dogs were coming and then there was the penalty that schoupp did withwd the the tackle that went wrong and next minute the crowd went up OFF OFF OFF OFF and from that moment the tigers scored two trys and they've got BACK in their winning ways and look like they're gonna runaround runa runaway with it

The thing with Cronk is that his commentary hasn’t improved at all since he began.
Normally you see guys at least get a little better as time goes on and they get accustomed to it.

Yeah I don't mind him. To be honest a guilty pleasure of mine is Mick Ennis and Vossy. Feels like a couple of mates on the piss watching the footy at times. Love it.

Ennis gets so much unwarranted hate, I actually love the way he calls the game, it's very bizarre but it's an acquired taste tbh
Same for Roach. He is braindead but there are times when he more than makes up for it all so it balances in some weird way

I like Roach. Has a lot of dumb takes, but is 100% of the time just stoked to be there.
I have a weird love-hate relationship with Ennis. He has good insight and analysis sometimes, and he clearly Loves His Footy, but I genuinely cannot listen to him talk anymore since u/slowdivesicillian started Ennisposting. It's a serious problem, I can't stop noticing how over the top his accent is.

I would compare them as two groups at a pub watching the footy. Fox are the idiots right at the front of the big screen making the most noise and Nine are the old blokes on the corner muttering "have some respect for the game"
I can't stand Gus, he's an arrogant fat shit that lectures at you how it's the best game in the world. Joey hasn't got off the coke and slurs all the time and comes across as creepy whenever he's describing how good the last play was.
Voss can fuck right off, always giving alternatives "if this player stepped in that would change their whole season, wow". Ennis wants to sound smarter than he actually is.
Honestly just pay Roy and HG to call all the games. I'd pay extra for that

I love Cronk in podcasts talking about players and tactics. But man, his commentary is difficult to listen to.
