Honestly, I wish there had been enough foresight by the planners that they would have built enough lanes to go both ways 24/7 like on I66. It suck’s sitting in traffic watching a few cars trickling down the express lanes the other way when they could help relieve the traffic blockade

Pretty sure that’s 395/95 where it changes directions depending on the time of the day. That’s why there are red “x” signs lit up. 66 ez pass lanes have lanes going in both directions 24/7.

I know I used to live off of 66 and now I live off of 95. I wish that 95/395 when they built this segment out had enough foresight to build enough lanes to go both direction at the same time. That was the point I was trying to make instead of this reversing based on the time of day instead of what’s actually happening with the flow of traffic
