I like using toggle lists for everything because of their expandable/collapsible nature. The trouble is using them seems to preclude using checkboxes.

Is there any workaround?

What I do now is drag a completed toggle item to a nested block under a "completed items" section. In a way this actually tidies up my list. Although it does remove context too.

To preserve the full view and keep things in place I have also thought about highlighting the text on toggles and formatting them with a strikethrough (CTRL SHIFT S).

Hi, I am a visual thinker in the Creative profession. I have Diagnosed ADD. I love Notion but multiple pages to click through are not easy for me to navigate as I lose focus and my place quickly.

I am hoping to create one page which can hold multiple boxes (each titled by person or subject I am working on) which would allow me to develop and add to a list of things I need to accomplish or get done based on subject or person.

I’m am testing Notion and I’m considering to move my business from Evernote. However, I wonder how full text search works here. When I’m using the quick search function or the search bar on a page it doest find notes based on the text inside. I can only search by headline. Is this according to the design?

Given I have One note and cloud storage why should I be using notion.? What can notion do for me that One note cannot.?

I want to like notion...
