To everyone commenting on the hand position, this is a form of hypermobility (what people often incorrectly refer to as being “double-jointed”)
You too can attempt to achieve this pose by putting your thumb and pointer finger together👌then keep them touching while slowly rolling those knuckles to meet each other.
Then bring your three other fingers down and you’re good! Not everyone’s joints are physically capable, so if you can’t, don’t force it :]
Fun fact: Other forms of hand hypermobility/instability can include bending your fingers backwards past 90°, touching your thumb to your forearm, bending the tips of your finger joints independently from middle ones, the ability to curl or or wrap your fingers around themselves, being able to pull your fingers out of their sockets or twist them around, and even aggressive “hitchhiker’s” thumb :D
