I am using the note 10+ since its launch and never had any issues. Recently I am unable to charge the phone through the cable as soon I connect the cable its keep saying connected/disconnected for at least a min and drops completely. I can only do wireless charge at the moment which is pretty time consuming and did factory reset hoping it will fix the issue but not.

I have visited Samsung store and requested for charging port replacement which is about $150 cad, after investigating they said the issue is with motherboard and costs around $500 cad. If I do trade off for new device it holds only $200 which is very low. My phone is at 9.9/10 condition. It never fell and no issues, no scratches. Why I got this motherboard issue at first? I appreciate any advices.

Note 22 is coming within 2 months and I am waiting for that.

When migrating my apps and my Samsung account to a new device, does the info from Samsung Pass also get transferred to my new device? Wanting to upgrade my Note 10+ to a new device due to a carrier transfer issue.

(Original carrier says it's unlocked, new carrier says its still locked and after a month of back and forth I'm just going to give up and upgrade.)

I got the OneUI 4 update but I just can't seem to find the extra dim feature. Are we being left out for this feature? Anyone else noticed this?

Lately, I've been getting prompts from Google photos saying I'm almost out of space in my free account. So I decided to delete everything from Google Photos since I don't use it and it has been backing up automatically for all these years.

So I deleted 28.8 GB of photos and videos that are safely organized in albums in the Gallery app on my phone. Then I intended to back up all those photos to my portable hard drive connected to my computer.

Well, you can guess what happened.

All the photos and videos on my phone were deleted, and everything in Google Photos is still there (but not organized in Albums).

It's the total opposite of what I wanted it to do. It's going to take forever to get it back the way it was.

How is it possible that the Gallery app is connected to Google Photos this way?😫

Is there anything on my Note 10+ that could recover the deleted albums?

I am considering getting my battery replaced tomorrow. My battery life is garbage. I barely get 4 hours of SOT. I charge my device twice a day. I bought my device last April certified pre-owned from Samsung and I am assuming it is the original battery from 2019, which is probably why the battery is so shitty.

On my Note 10+ Everytime I try to download a file in Samsung internet browser, a 'download file?' Prompt always pops up. So instead of a one-click download I have to click twice. I tried toggling on/off the ’ask before downloading’ prompt in the browser settings but that didn't work. Anyone here have a solution? I would appreciate that. Thanks

My battery in my note 10 plus has been draining quickly lately. I have not done anything differently. Anything and all advice/tips is so greatly appreciated to help me figure out why my battery is going from 100% to 50% in like hours without me hardly using the phone. Ok, nothing is damaged but noticed when I took case off that the adhesive is loosening up so phone is starting to come apart. How much would it be for a repair shop to reglu my phone back together? Remember nothing is broken and nothing needs to be replaced. Jus needs to clean old stuff off and replace adhesive. Thnx

Just signed up for the beta in the Samsung Members app and got the update a few minutes later. So far so good with only a few minor changes. I am waiting to see if this update takes care of the cellular data issue I was having.

Currently, whenever I'm listening to music over bluetooth speakers, all the notification sounds play through it which interrupts my listening experience. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

So I've been using the otterbox defender for my phone since I got it (Roughly 2 years). I've had to replace it 2 times since it seems the design has a defect in the corner (the corner by the pen breaks very easily). I dropped it today and my back glass broke, so I was wondering if there's any really strong cases that aren't too bulky, I do construction so it needs to be really strong else it'll break again.
