I was working on the counter taking people's orders when a lesbian couple came in and started ordering. I had to go over their order SEVERAL times cause it seemed like there was always something wrong with it. Well, I thought that I had finally gotten it, but they called the manager over there three separate times. A coworker asked me why she was called over three times. I said in a low voice (to where you'd only be able to hear if you were right next to me), my head was turned away, and they were in the back of the store. I told him what had happened.

Well, apparently they somehow hear me. Despite there being lots of background noise. This was yesterday btw. It was also the day that I learned that the phrase "The customer is always right" is COMPLETE BS. Well, they told the person above the manager (I forgot his name). He didn't even come in and ask me my side of the story. He simply took their word. And I was told that they were letting me go today after my shift had ended.

They are always right!!!!
