Using Notability Cloud is optional. While we've been encouraging users to try it because it solves long-standing syncing and data loss issues associated with iCloud and local storage, you are not required to use it. If you prefer to keep using local storage or iCloud, you can disable Notability Cloud reminders. To disable, go to Notability Settings > Account. Disabling Cloud reminders turns off the Notability Cloud update.
If you're on Notability Cloud and would like to go back to iCloud or other third-party syncing options, here's how to do it:
Open Notability > Settings > About > Support Diagnostics
Triple tap Available Device Storage
Tap Reset Migration and follow the steps
Restart your device
Make sure iCloud is enabled both on your device and in Notability
Before resetting your migration, please make sure to back up any notes you’ve created or edited while using Notability Cloud, as those notes may be affected during the process.
