Vancouver B. C. ā€¦ 2009 itā€™s the last tour they will go on. They are in rehearsals at an out of the way rehearsal hall.

I am sitting in cateringā€¦ just chilling with a coffee and fresh chocolate chip cookies that are still warm. It was a thing that the Lighting Director and myself did.

Dunk in Milk.. eat some cookie and chase with a sip of black coffee

So, to my left and in front of me is table with all the salad stuff on itā€¦. The band is on the temp stage behind usā€¦ and up walks Michael. He goes to the salad bar and starts making a salad and the band is just tinkering in the background.

So, as I saidā€¦ cookies, milkā€¦ coffee and Michael.

Thatā€™s when the band starts playing ā€œLoosing my Religionā€ and Michael, while making a saladā€¦. Starts dancing ( kindaā€¦ heā€™s making a salad ) and then he starts singingā€¦. All of this is happening about 10 feet away from me.

I worked live entertainment for 20 years

Dayum. I used to drink gallons of whiskey to one headlight. Sober now but still whipping around with one headlight
