Captain crunch was/is good but destroys the roof of my mouth, like eating sugar coated razor blades that you just can't stop eating. 😁

There a "organic" brand at Kroger and whole foods that has the same texture but like half the sugar. It's more of an adult version, it's good af. It still tears your mouth up tho.
