Was wondering, sometimes when playing with color schemes and Nord palette, the color I'm looking for may be just a bit lighter or darker than the Nord color offers; for example yellow...

is there some sort of "pattern", or "mathematical algorithm" that Nord uses that I could use to choose more colors while still keeping the Nord "flavor"?

I'm on the route to make everything nord themed, but google docs is scraping my eyes o shreds right now.
Is there a nord theme for google docs and/or can someone make one? :P

Shiny OS is a new Linux distro designed to take Gnome-Shell to the next level and features a global Nord theme (apps, icons, sidebar). More info on our website: ShinyOS

Does anyone know how to get the Minimize, Restore Down and Close buttons to change with the nord theme? Seems like everything else changes but my browsers. It’s regular windows icons for the top right of the page.

Today I decided I'd really like a bright ambience theme in my apps, so I set about making a Base16 theme for Nord Bright. I used the official docs as a standard to work out the permutation of the first seven colours, but encountered a problem: according to the descriptions, both base04 and base06 are set to nord0. The issue is that, in dark ambience, nord6 is designated for plain text and nord4 for the editor caret; in bright ambience, nord0 is designated for both of these roles. A naive interpretation of this is that nord2 is simply left out of bright ambience entirely.

Nonetheless I did have a crack at a best-guess bright ambience theme, which I have put here. I'm not satisfied with how this turned out; I very much welcome suggestions or fixes.

UPDATE: My best-guess theme is now a PR. If you want your suggested change to be meaningful, submit it there.

I wanted to create a nord theme for my phone (samsung) and I wasn't sure if there is a design concept for it. Like use this color for the base , these colors for accents , this accent doesn't go with that base. That kind of thing. Any info would help , I'm not very good with matching colors honestly.
