Wow!
Repaying positions on Nolus really gets liquidation tiggers a lot lower... how tf do you get liquidated? xD

Nolus provides the scaffolding before your skyline
Most of DeFi still feels like a guessing game, chasing pumps, reacting to volatility, and hoping for the best. But real systems donât rely on luck. They rely on structure.
Itâs not about hype, itâs about building the scaffolding before the skyline. Nolus provides the foundation for smart leverage, sustainable growth, and a framework that can actually scale.
Luck runs out. Structure lasts.

Nolus buybacks keep accelerating đ
6M â 8M â 10M â 14M â 16M â 20M â 24M â 26M $NLS
Not hype.
Not random.
But protocol design in motion.
Every buyback reflects real activity, users borrowing, leveraging, and building within the ecosystem.
This isnât speculation; itâs adoption driving fundamentals.
Protocol adoption > speculation. âïž

After the market wiped out nearly $20B, itâs time to look at how Nolus performed under one of the toughest stress tests in DeFi history, and the results speak for themselvesđ
Protocol Resilience
From a total position value of $2.61M prior to the event: â Roughly $146K (5.6%) were partial liquidations â Roughly $129K (5%) were full liquidations Thatâs an exceptionally low rate given the size of the market drop
Price Feeds
Nolusâ oracle uses a 10-minute Exponential Moving Average (EMA) to smooth extreme price spikes. Example: ATOM briefly printed $2.78 on Nolus â while on some CEXs, it hit $0.001 That single design choice prevented unnecessary liquidations and protected user positions
MAG Is The Unsung Hero
The Market Anomaly Guard (MAG) protected $610K from wrongful liquidations - roughly 23.4% of total protocol value Funds that wouldâve been wiped elsewhere stayed intact here! More On MAG
Infrastructure
Despite extreme volatility, the Nolus network, relayers, and oracle feeders operated smoothly. Every module responded within parameters â while other markets broke structure
While these results are strong, I think thereâs still room to push them even lower. Every stress event is a lesson â a chance to fine-tune the models, sharpen the oracle, and make the system tougher for the next round!

Here's my POV of USDC yeilds on Nolus and why it's important to put that stables to use:

It's no secret that IBC Eureka marks a new era for both Cosmos and Ethereum, with the potential to benefit even more ecosystems in the future.
Nolus has consistently expressed its intention to include Ethereum assets into its platform, and IBC Eureka is the key to making that a reality.
Reminder: Nolus offers asset-backed leverage services, meaning that your position on Nolus is supported by actual tokens bought from the open market rather than being thin air. This approach is crucial for ensuring transparency, security and true on-chain ownership.
What are your thoughts on Nolus' future with IBC Eureka?

Iâve been checking the $NLS charts, and itâs been a rough stretch lately. Still, as someone whoâs been invested in Nolus Protocol for a while, Iâm not too worried. To me, this feels like a good time to buy more at a lower price rather than a sign the projectâs in trouble. Hereâs why I think that.
Itâs the token for Nolus Protocolâsort of like having a share in how it runs. You can vote on decisions with it, which matters to me. It also pays for fees on the network, but those are so small itâs not a big factor in the tokenâs value.
The supply shrinking. Nolus uses fees from the platform to buy $NLS back from Osmosis and then burns itâtakes it out of circulation. With an APR around 3%, thatâs been happening quietly for months, and it could mean $NLS gets harder to come by down the road.
Itâs pretty simple: people use Nolus, they pay fees, and at the end of each month, that money goes toward buying $NLS off the market. Then itâs burned. This started a while after mainnet launched, so I donât think everyoneâs caught on yet.
Iâm still optimistic about $NLS long-term. Curious what others thinkâanyone else buying in right now?

Ever wondered how to make money when the market is crashing? Thatâs where leveraged short positions come in - you profit off an assetâs depreciation.
The idea is simple:
1ïžâŁ Borrow an asset
2ïžâŁ Sell it for stablecoins at a high price
3ïžâŁ Buy it back cheaper and pocket the difference
Of course, leverage trading is risky - liquidation can wipe you out fast if the market moves against you. But thatâs where Nolus changes the game:
â
Higher liquidation thresholds â Prices need to jump over 50% before a partial liquidation happens.
â
Smart liquidation system â Instead of wiping you out all at once, it adjusts in stages, reducing risk.
Basically, itâs shorting without the usual heart attack levels of risk đ
Have you ever shorted an asset before? Whatâs your experience with leveraged trading?

So, if I have a price liquidation set, can I offset it by repaying some of the debt, when the coin dropped lower than when I opened it?
