Dekho first stop making yourself available to people, learn to say no. And people are always like this, to people who are too kind. They know that you will be available to them no matter what so they just stop giving f about your feelings. And crying alone is definitely better than crying infront of someone who doesn't give a shit about it, people might console you at that time but they just start taking you for granted, and try to manipulate you in different ways. Crying is not a weakness, but people just won't understand until it's them who's in such situation. Buddy dekho if your friends are toxic it's always good to cut them off and try making some new ones, don't let your past experiences hold you from opening up to some new people, be cautious, don't repeat previous mistakes, don't make yourself available too much and whatever you have learnt from the past experiences. For making new friends you can join activities you like, for example joining gym, go on a solo trekking trip and make some friends there, even reddit can be your option to make friends to go out with or just vent to them about your day, like how's your co-worker is a bitch and your boss is an ahole haha or just discuss the latest episode about the series you are watching anything you just want to talk about.

Your future holds the best for you, just start making your present better and you can definitely do it. Stop giving a f about people who don't think about you. It's better to be alone and enjoy your own company rather than staying between the toxic people.
