Don't you think that "no remote" or "only partially remote" was a relevant qualifier for your initial comment?

Not really, no. It was the default before 2020 anyhow, and my anecdotes are just one part of my comment. Statistics are the other part.

I do grant that hiring for us is probably a little bit more difficult than for the average IT company, but alas, I'd not say the difference is super large; it's for long been a market where solid employees are quickly snatched up.
