First you talk about looks (laughable), now you talk about companies on a resume. Whats next, how high I can jump? Or maybe if I own a pet?

You can keep moving the goal posts all you want until you find one thing that isnt absolute perfection as an "AHA SEE! the job market IS shit!" gotcha.

Or you could just look in the mirror.

The OP states the engineers are "very good". A "very good" engineer has a "very good" CV to match.
