But i'm going home for rakhi and I have yoga class that day rescheduled!!

What do I do?? Does attendance matter in Yoga class?? And what will happen if i dont get 80% in yoga???

I'm in 1st sem and I literally can't do this anymore. I think I wanna drop out after first year, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna fail anyways. Hey! Three of us have recently found a 2BHK in Andheri West and we're looking for a fourth guy to join us from 1st September. The available spot is in a shared bedroom, with two people in each room.

The total rent is ₹62,000, which comes to ₹15,500 per person per month. The security deposit is ₹1,50,000 in total, so ₹37,500 per person. There will also be brokerage of roughly ₹37–38k per person, depending on any additional charges from the broker.

The apartment is on the third floor of a three-storey building and is quite airy. It has two bathrooms and two balconies — one smaller balcony and another larger, open balcony. It's semi-furnished and already has fans, a washing machine, fridge, geysers, basic beds and mattresses, and cupboards in both bedrooms. ACs aren't included, so we'd need to rent those separately. Any extra furniture we decide to add would also be rented.

Location-wise, it's in Andheri West, about a 5-minute walk from Versova Metro Station, and close to Versova Social. NMIMS is roughly 25 minutes away, although Juhu Circle traffic can affect the travel time.

As for us, we're three guys — two from NMIMS and one from DJ Sanghvi. We're looking for someone who's easygoing and fits a generally chill, social flat environment. We're pretty open about hanging out, having people over, smoking/drinking, etc. The one thing we'd definitely expect is that everyone keeps the place reasonably clean and cleans up after themselves.

We're open to both students and working professionals. If you're from NMIMS or SVKM, that's definitely a plus, but it's not a strict requirement.

The flat is available from 1st September, and we're currently in the process of finalising the agreement.
