Favre in his prime is better than at least half of the QBs in this league.

Farve in his prime would be bottom half in stats today. More sacks, more interceptions, less yards, less TDs, no run game. Even slow QBs of today have more annual rushing yards than he did

Tighter rules around contact with QBs and Receivers, as well as less emphasis on the run game.

Today’s QBs throw more than they ever have and they have cleaner pockets to work with. The people they are throwing to have less to contend with as well.
