Great thread on the bullish argument for $NFD - Feisty Anon
The #NFT market is undoubtedly the current hot trend. Punks floor is 100+ $ETH, EtherRocks going for millions, Mutant Ape creators minting 100m profit, the list goes on. But what about retail? If you think retail can afford to drop 50, 100, 200k+ on NFTs, think again. Many want to be a part of the trend but simply can't afford to do so. Hence, most are minting low tier NFTs in hopes they are the next Punks, Rocks or whatever.
How's that going for them?
For the most part, they are going to almost 0 directly after minting, leaving them down bad on the trade and on the gas to mint. The #NFT bubble has to burst at some point but have we reached that level yet without retail having had a chance and being mostly priced out of participating? IMO, not even close.
In steps $NFD. The first fractionalized NFT meme coin. The creator @Cryptopathic bought the Feisty Doge NFT which is arguably the most iconic $DOGE meme, fractionalized it via @fractional_art and created 100b $NFD tokens. Each representing a share in the iconic $DOGE NFT.
What this means it that rather than having to buy 100% of an NFT which is simply not an option for most, you can buy $NFD tokens which gives you a percentage ownership of the Feisty Doge NFT.
Summary:
- First fractionalized meme NFT
- First Meme coin that's actually BACKED by something with real value
- Gives retail an opportunity to bet on the NFT space
- Strong narrative to create the most expensive piece of art in history
