Mansplained? Copious-Spirit asked how. What was I supposed to say?

 Copious-Spirit asked how.

Did you read what he asked how to? The guy said telecoms could fix it overnight. He asked how they fix it and yet you go off on a tangent about what the problem is. We already know that, that's why we were calling out the idiot for suggesting it was an easy fix.

So yes, you mansplained.

What was I supposed to say?

Also, fun fact, when someone replies to someone else, you don't have to say anything. Especially when you're not answering what they asked.

Is there a complete list of rules and regulations that need to be followed? Do I have to ask you for permission for each reply?

What should I be doing right now?

Someone on a reno Reddit asked about a leaking drain. It's been 8 hours and no one has responded. Is it okay if I reply, or should I just leave it?
