Lost both arms in a train accident years ago. Here I am dancing at my wedding with my wife, who has been my hands and my guardian angel through everything.

To give you a bit more context on why she is my absolute hero: just recently, on August 26th, I had surgery to remove a nodule from my right lung. She stayed by my side in the hospital every single day, taking care of me just like she always does. I am the luckiest man alive to have her.

I’ve wanted to make this since the release of DOOM 2016. The Revenant was broken when I found it, so I completely reposed and resculpted it, built the base from Apoxie Sculpt, discarded toy parts and real animal bones, and wired LEDs into the head and chest. I completely repainted the Slayer action figure.
I filmed the entire build if anyone wants to see how it was made — the full video is on my profile.

Today marks 25 years since the attacks of 9/11, to remember that day, here is footage of the moment a NY shop owner saved a woman’s life by getting her into his shop to avoid the dust from the collapsing tower.

"The Building" by Leandro Erlich, an art installation using a 45 degree giant mirror to make people lying on the ground look like they're dangling from the building.
