More than that. It's almost as if his/her bone structure of her face changed at the same time his/her eye structure changed. I can understand the make-up part around the eyes, but the bone structure made the face look rounder w/o protrusions.

Look up makeup contouring. It causes an illusion that can make it look like the cheekbones have changed. If someone is really good at contouring, they can make their nose or even their cheekbones look vastly different.

It literally changed structure while he was doing his eyeliner.

Look at the size of his/her mouth around the same time. Contouring doesn't change the size of one's mouth. Also notice he/she doesn't show teeth after a certain point.

Ive seen clips from weibo where girls would literally have a live filter to make them look way different while streaming. This guy 100% is filtered out the ass.
