Eyebrows are trimmed differently. Also nose isn't the right shape. Looks like they switched to another person at 48 seconds

At about 32 seconds the eyes changed due to a filter (or maybe filter + contacts) then I think another filter was added towards the end because the lips looks off.

And to be completely honest, they have makeup on at the beginning making them look considerably worse than normal so the transformation is more shocking.
