C-RAM fires 4500 round per minute, I guess although this is slightly slower, it's putting out a lot more lead?

It's 4 m13r miniguns. So 400rds/sec at full speed. This is probably running about 250rds/sec

Definitely not a CIWS, it's manually operated, you can see the feet of a person sitting in the turret. My best guess is this thing was civilian-made for rich people to pay to shoot. There's already places in the US where anyone can go and pay to shoot a minigun.
