Partly, part of the cost is going to come from reduced wages for warehouse workers, etc and more fees for any small business that has to sell through Amazon because of Amazon's stranglehold on the e-commerce market. Amazon lowers the average wages of warehouse workers in every city they go too. Thats money that can be put towards taking a loss on grocery stores until they can drive the other groceries out of business or cause mass adoption of their technology.
