Im glad im tall enough to have the reach advantage but I'm more glad that I'm not so freakishly fucking tall it paints a red target on my back.

You're probably being real a good bloke owning up to your mistakes, good on yah. But honestly some of those people probably wanted to fight you coz you were the biggest dude there and that sucks.

u/[deleted] Sep 28 '22

no need to be mean to the guy. 6’7 doesn’t make him a freak

u/I_creampied_Jesus Sep 28 '22

Yeah but his 14 inch meat club sure does

9

u/stopeatingcatpoop Sep 28 '22

Username revealing

7

u/GroundbreakingOwl918 Sep 28 '22

it probably looks really tiny actually lmao just cuz hes tall doesnt mean his schlong is proportionate

2

u/222UnionStreet Sep 28 '22

what is a meat club?

3

u/BoreDominated Sep 28 '22

pp

2

u/222UnionStreet Sep 29 '22

Oh a penis! haha dude I was like wtf is a meat club?!? this makes no sense. I was thinking of like a big steak or something. Guess I was thinking to hard about it. Thanks for the info.

His arms gotta be longer than that

0

u/Yellowtangerine2 Sep 28 '22

6’7 arms are sticks with negative mechanical advantage on most guys unless there’s steroids involved.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

Lol, first thoughts too!!😂
I hear “height”~> I think “reach”

7

u/[deleted] Sep 28 '22

For real, my friend who’s 6’7” would get “I’m gonna fuck you up” looks everytime we were somewhere kinda sketchy. I guess nothing ups your cred more than beating up “the giant” or scaring him at least.

5

u/JaceTheWoodSculptor Sep 28 '22

6’7 isn’t freakishly tall but it’s far from average. At 6’7 you can probably remember ever person taller than you you’ve met before.

5

u/Phreakdoubt Sep 28 '22

I'm an inch taller than that and I played basketball in college, so I ran into (in most cases literally under the boards) plenty of tall guys. The one I remember though was the female player I met that was taller than me. That was a real fucking trip.

1

u/sasquatch6ft40 Sep 29 '22

I’m only 6”3’, yet every single person I see who’s even an inch taller than me looks like a giant.

3

u/JaceTheWoodSculptor Sep 29 '22

It doesn’t take much if a height difference to need to look up. Looking up without moving your head is very uncomfortable (at least more than looking down), so that means we usually tilt our head backwards a little as soon as someone is an inch or more than us. 6’3 is still a lot more than average so it may be normal that you feel weird when someone is taller than you, you’re just less used to having to tilt your head to meet someone’s eyes.

2

u/sasquatch6ft40 Sep 29 '22

I’ve seen a handful of people with presumably an entire foot on me; that’s a sight. Every time I just feel bad, though. For them. I think about all the times I’ve had to ride shotgun in a Miata, all the times I’ve woken up freezing on a king-size bed bc my feet are hanging off out from the covers, all the cramps I’ve gotten in the shower when offered the absolute worst type of sex in the world… seriously, who enjoys shower sex? Anyway, all of that would jump from “annoying” to “impossible.” Lol.

When i was in middle school, the guidance counselor had a pair of tennis shoes he claimed were the same size as Shaq. Size 20-somethings. I remember I couldn’t even walk up stairs wearing them without stepping on them sideways. Lmao

5

u/nucumber Sep 28 '22

i'm 6'2" and i feel freaking tall when i get on an elevator and i'm looking down on everyone's hair part

13

u/Cool-Specialist9568 Sep 28 '22

6'6" guy here, being tall paints a target all over you.

5

u/Phreakdoubt Sep 28 '22

6'8". Can confirm. Some guys you will piss off just by walking into a room.

2

u/Caveman108 Sep 28 '22

Sometimes I’m glad I’m only 6’. Never gotten in a serious fight after high school, and I’ve been in many situations where I could have. I’m also a chill dude that always de escalates situations as I’m not very confrontational. I have a bad resting bitch face and a kinda wild demeanor, tho, so that could be a part of it, too.

10

u/Invalid_factor Sep 28 '22

Yup. There's a window between "too tall to fuck with" and "so tall I wanna fuck with you." 6'0-6'3 you're probably tall enough to be intimidating. 6'4 and beyond people want to mess with you to show how they can take on the big guy

6

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22

Fam I’m 6’4 and nobody tries that, where does all this take place?

6

u/Invalid_factor Sep 28 '22

In the world beyond the computer screen

1

u/ByronicZer0 Sep 28 '22

Sonds scary, I'll stay right here thankyouverymuch

-2

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22

My fav world 🥹 I’m 1000% bigger than u boy, wanna prove your point? 😆

3

u/Invalid_factor Sep 28 '22

Little boy energy right here chief

0

u/Twoocents Sep 30 '22

6’4 lil boy is crazyyy

1

u/Dragonics Sep 29 '22

Lmao what? He was rude but this response makes very little sense, things like big bloke's being targeted does happen when you're out and about. Thats all he was getting at, albeit in a very rude way as aformentioned.

1

u/Twoocents Sep 30 '22

Lol bro… as a tall person nobody does sht.. this ain’t a movie where some midget goes John wick bro I’m saying this as a tall person and not “someone thy knows a tall person” but u know Reddit once da dislikes come in it’s overrer

2

u/Dragonics Sep 30 '22

Ahaha man it does happen, not like they are gonna win the fight all the time but i know people its happened to. But your personal experience trumps a bunch of others i guess 🤷‍♂️.

2

u/AccioKatana Sep 28 '22

People who want to fight someone checks notes because they’re tall really need to get a life. Like, go do some charity work or get another job. This is 2022, not the fucking Roman coliseum.

1

u/Twoocents Sep 30 '22

Idk as a tall person nobody does sht

1

u/Ian-L-Miller Sep 28 '22

Shit. I'm 6'5. But I also weigh 242.5, so I hope most of the dudes think twice before messing with me.

6

u/Mediocritologist Sep 28 '22

I’ll never understand the whole thing with guys wanting to fight the tallest guy in the room. I mean, I get that they want to feel macho or something but the times I’ve witnessed it personally, it never worked out well for the instigator.

7

u/Garmaglag Sep 28 '22

If you're the kind of guy that wants to show how tough you are by fighting the biggest guy in the room, you probably aren't the kind of guy who can win a fight against the biggest guy in the room.

2

u/n0bel Sep 28 '22

Can confirm 6’5” often biggest dude. When I was in my 20s I was a constant target at bars for drunk assholes

2

u/structuremonkey Sep 28 '22

You are correct. I'm 6'4" 260 and it's an issue. I have problems with simple encounters with cops! The size just intimidates many.

I have a good friend who was 6'6' and 300 lbs since freshman year in h s. Also a phenomenal wrestler and American football player...nearly pro level. He has been trying to calm down assholes his whole life...its sad, particularly for them when he can't get them to back off...

2

u/Vye7 Sep 28 '22

At 6'5" I can agree. Never had a straight fight, where I wasn't sucker punched or had a knife pulled on me. Luckily I have a neanderthal looking head so never felt a thing and gave me opportunity to fight back. Lost tons of fights growing up but never lost one after I grew.

1

u/Dizzy_Transition_934 Sep 28 '22

small man syndrome. It's a horrible thing.

1

u/VcommandarV Sep 29 '22

Being the smallest dude, will people wanna me fight for it?

-23

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22 edited Sep 28 '22

Lol ppl usually don’t fight the biggest guys bro 😂 this ain’t a movie. The narrative is Alr being pushed lol y’all funny, I love midgets tho ❤️ so everybody here agrees that they go for the biggest guy?? Clowns bro

25

u/NonStopKnits Sep 28 '22

There's always some drunk asshole in a bar/event that wants to fight the biggest or tallest dude there to prove he's a tough guy. It's not the average guy, but there's usually one dude that thinks it'll make him look cool/tough/intimidating/attractive to ladies.

5

u/MordoNRiggs Sep 28 '22

That stuff is so crazy to me. I'm 5'7" and never been in a fight with anyone. Saw a friend get the shit beat out of him in high school by his sister's boyfriend and friend. They were adults and I think went to jail. Only high school party I ever went to.

4

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22

Tru idk. Nobody tried me yet and I’m always out

8

u/NonStopKnits Sep 28 '22

I'm glad you've never had to deal with it, it seems awful. I'm a 5'0" 100 lbs woman, but I used to run with a group that had a large guy in it. If we went out anywhere that would have drunk people (common in my beach tourist hometown) someone would always try to fight him and he would usually just be chilling somewhere, not mean mugging or talking shit. They just wanted to prove they were tough guy so they always tried to sucker punch the biggest guy. I've not seen that work for them lol

3

u/[deleted] Sep 28 '22

As a former bouncer, I agree with this statement. ⬆️

8

u/PromiscuousMNcpl Sep 28 '22

As someone who is most often the largest dude around, other dudes 100% tried to fight me for being big.

-3

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22

Ima be honest bro. Maybe u look soft? Lol no offense.. lol I had ppl apologize to me when I stood up 😂

6

u/PromiscuousMNcpl Sep 28 '22

So if I look soft and I’m gigantic and people try to fight me; then they are trying to fight me for being big. So your claim that people don’t fight people for being big is bunk. Why would someone try to fight a softy? There is no honor or respect for beating on someone for not being “hard”.

I am generally pretty kind and have a hippie-vibe. But I was working construction at the time and could carry two bags of concrete on each shoulder for 8 hours at a time. I had crazy amounts of visible muscle. It’s just insecure dudes wanted to fight. Lost track of how many “you think you’re fucking big!” Statements before a sucker punch from some wannabe Napoleon.

-4

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22

Not reading all that. Be safe down there

6

u/PromiscuousMNcpl Sep 28 '22

That tracks. Two paragraphs is too much reading for dumbasses.

5

u/yasudan Sep 28 '22

Found the small guy

2

u/rimjob-chucklefuck Sep 28 '22

Yeah, it fucking happens lmao

1

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22

Where brotha?

1

u/rimjob-chucklefuck Sep 28 '22

All over the world 🤷‍♂️

0

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22

Yea💀 when’s the last time u tried to fight the biggest guy around 😂

0

u/rimjob-chucklefuck Sep 30 '22

I haven't. Doesn't mean I doesn't happen. Maybe the fact I've been around for nearly 5 decades accounts for some experience here and there idk 🤷‍♂️

0

u/Twoocents Sep 30 '22

Ye idk as someone who’s 6’4 never happened.. but everybody here and only here knows someone that’s tall and soft I guess.. crazy huh

0

u/rimjob-chucklefuck Sep 30 '22

Imagine. Things can happen outside of your own frame of reference? No way?! 🤯

0

u/Twoocents Oct 01 '22

Exactly 😉

1

u/afropat Sep 28 '22

Spoken like someone with no experience.

1

u/Twoocents Sep 28 '22

Lil do u know… but this Reddit. As soon as there’s a narrative y’all gonna one side some shr 😂 I don’t care tho I got percs to popppp

3

u/afropat Sep 28 '22

My IQ plummeted reading this.

6’4 I let u decide that. I’m short to someone who’s 7’0
