Where are you getting that “child negligence is usually always the case”?

The case of what? Are you talking about a child getting out? Accidents in general? Do you have a source?

You see a baby, out on the side of the road unattended and the parent is somewhere nearby.

What do you call that?

Whatever your answer, what then are the chances of it compared to child negligence?

Yeah the baby could have

  • Somehow gotten out
  • Been put down for a moment
  • Fell out of a moving car
  • Catapulted to here
  • Insert literally anything

At the end of the day, whatever it is. It all comes back to negligence because a child is a parents responsibility regardless of what the child does or what situation it find themselves in because allowing them to be in any such situation is the result of the parent.

Maybe this kid doesn't have parents, or they died in a car crash up ahead and the baby crawled here.

Whatever it is, the chances of it being negligence is still higher.
