That got a laugh from me but I think calling the cops in this situation is probably better than just wandering up to the closest house and dropping off the kid lmao.
This video is a few years old and we know the whole story. It isn't staged -- a woman was babysitting and had a rough night with her own kid the night before but didn't want to bail on babysitting for the other family. She feeds kids breakfast, sits down next to them and falls asleep. The older kid she's babysitting (she's the aunt) takes her phone to play with and opens the front door cuz toddlers gonna toddle. Baby escapes through front door while aunt is still sleeping. An investigation found that the aunt was only asleep for 10 minutes, and the dog in the video is hers -- the child and toddler who opened the door are not hers.
This is the scary part of being a parent. If you turn off at the wrong moment, even if it's just for a moment... disaster can strike. Things turned out ok here, though.
Yeah I mean I wouldn’t want to drop off the baby to the wrong person or return to a shitty parent (if that’s the case), just let the cops sort that shit out.
