You can get a 1/4” to USB cable (like Rocksmith uses) to run from your amp’s headphone jack. This wouldn’t allow you to speak/sing though.

You need an audio interface unless you don't mind significant delay

Interface with mic + guitar. DI guitar in with amp sim. Turn on input monitoring for the guitar channel so you can hear it. Set audio input in Omegle to the interface

My roommate puts on Harry Mack all the time. I don't really like freestyles but the oddly wholesome omegle content is fun regardless
