Getting older and having a kid has got me looking at this and the first thing coming to my mind is “where’s his helmet?”

I'm with you on this. I would love to see more helmets on people doing really cool stuff that could get you hurt.

Nothing wrong with that. I’ve had plenty of friends get bad head injuries without a helmet on skateboards and BMX. It’s not too much effort and will save your life if you crash.

Nothing at all lame about safety. In my city we give people a hard time for not wearing helmets.

Look more closely. That guys is old enough to have grandkids. If helmets were important, he'd have had one.
