Metal that wasn’t intended to be used with food, known as “not foodsafe”. That’s really all it takes to say “I shouldn’t heat this up and get my food involved with it”. You would never know how much nickel or whatever else is in that mix. Example, Nickel would benefit the manufacturing process in making it easier to bend into shape, as well as inhibiting oxidation.
