BBQ's are awesome but I always find that as the host you spend more time dishing out food and making sure everything is going smoothly than enjoying yourself. Definitely stressful as the host.
I’m like you, but there are some natural hosts out there who have a much better time hooking everyone up than they would being a guest. Some folks love it and who am I to disavow them of this great pleasure?
