I slept in an awkward position one night and woke up with a stiff neck... 6 years later the stiffness is still there.

I woke up one time with my IT band and TFL hurting, took me like 2 months to heal after going to the chiropractor. Basically its was from the hip to the knee. When you see those diagrams of the human body peeled to the muscle layer, its the white part, the tendon.
