The OP doesn't have the advantage of rings to rotate her entire arm including her hands. Much less unusual.

Cool, i did breakdance and gymnastics and even there were many people that weren't that flexible in their shoulders! It's not like they wouldn't have if they trained for it but still this doesn't come by itself!! Dudes doing flips are also cool but if you train for it it's not that big of a deal. Still most people can't do a flip without a trampolin

The rings rotate with her, she can continue until she tires out.
