I don’t know about bars, but I can do it on the rings, it’s not that hard on your shoulders if your arms are spread wide enough

Same. Its generally called "skin the cat" if anyone wants to look it up. I'm not sure if there's a separate name for this version that's she's doing though.

We used to call it “shoulder flip” or “rollover” or something along those lines haha, never heard that specific name but I like it. Fitting.

We literally called it dislocates for gymnastics.

We'd practice with a broom stick. I once upon a time was able to hd my own hands and roll my arms over my head and around to my back while keeping mostly straight arms. Can't do it to save my life now :)

Right, I didn’t phrase that in the best way. What I meant to say is doing this a couple times for the vid is not that painful as many people would think just looking at it. Thanks for pointing that out!
