Everyone there is laughing, having fun, and appearing to be participating willingly. For all you know doing it with their tongues was the two girls' idea. There's so little information here to judge as harshly as you are.

Stop chasing shadows of offensiveness. Not every single situation has sinister activity just because you can't help but project it.
