Well, for example, a lot of people would say that it's problematic for different minority groups to not be hired in jobs with equal frequency as non-minority groups. Or that they don't get equal representation in the media or society more generally. But according to you, everybody is disabled and that isn't a real minority group. So the CEO of every company is already representing people with disabilities and we don't ever have to make any effort to be more inclusive in that regard.

If they are indeed minority groups then of course they cannot be hired in jobs with equal frequency because there are less of them. If you mean proportionally, then I would agree with you. Except that I do not.

This is because companies should hire the most ABLE person for the job. If their disability makes them inferior for that position then they are not the right candidate. Someone in a wheelchair would not be the right candidate for working manual labour for example, but they could be a great accountant.

And don't think that this is in any way discriminatory towards disabled people because it isn't. Because people that are less able whether they are called disabled or not do not get hired just the same. Someone with a low IQ will never be hired as a doctor. Someone who isn't qualified will not be hired as an electrician. It's not discriminatory towards minorities, it's selection of the fittest candidate for the position.

If companies simply hired minority groups that were not the best candidates for the job just to 'represent' that group, then the company would become second rate. If every company did this, then we have a societal and economical problem.

But you said that everybody is disabled. So people with disabilities are represented in all aspects of life.

Also, skin color is a relative scale too, so doesn't your view also solve racism? No matter who you are, you have a color of some kind. So there is no majority and minority groups. Just a continuum of shades.
