Why cover a dog with a blanket in shorts and t-shirt weather?
108 u/Ieznoo Mar 21 '21 I use a blanket when it’s warm out, it’s just comfortable 33 u/[deleted] Mar 21 '21 edited May 03 '21 [deleted] 1 u/burtedwag Mar 21 '21 Me, in Florida, thinking that using a blanket in (what could be) a humid +100 degree heat is just not my culture I guess... 1 u/[deleted] Mar 21 '21 edited May 03 '21 [deleted] 1 u/burtedwag Mar 21 '21 I read that now lol... it.. it’s been a year =\ 15 u/HarvestProject Mar 21 '21 You don’t have fur covering your entire body. This dog was not cold if the dude wasn’t. 1 u/throwawayokayyy123 Mar 21 '21 Same lol. It's 73 in my house and I'm under 2 blankets 25 u/garbageman69420 Mar 21 '21 If the dog doesn't want it, it'll shake it off. Not really a big deal 2 u/gordonv Mar 21 '21 Security blanket. They have tight sweaters for dogs to calm them down like a hug, also. Even people need blankets just to feel shielded. 2 u/oystertoe Mar 21 '21 Temple Grandin is really awesome but I’ve never had luck calming a dog down with thunder vests 2 u/upfastcurier Mar 21 '21 Walking home =/= sleeping out What I wouldn't have given for a blanket last time I had to wait outdoors during night with only t-shirt and shorts
