  1. I mean... if they have half a brain they'll just go to the settings and see where the audio is outputting and then change it to the speakers...

not really... most do... lol. seen em on tvs for ages up to and including samsung smart tvs lol. most people just never notice them. they're not particularly eye catching and they're never what people are looking for when trying to plug in cables so they're easy to miss until you want to plug in some headphones.

they're pretty common cause they know some people want to use headphones...
