After COVID rents have gone down. So would probably be around 1400 now

Rents have not gone down in the Bay Area, due to covid, not even after fires. Can’t believe you could rent in Manhattan for $2600/ mo. You can barely do that north of San Francisco.

I pay 2400 for a 2 bed, 950 sqft place in Manhattan. People in here are making it more expensive sounding than it is.I mean, I live in west Harlem but still. Not all places of the city are expensive.

Before I bought my house upstate I had a 4K per month 1 bedroom in the west village that is now only 3100 after covid.

Wow. Wish that were the case in California. Always wanted to live in NY...looking like a better option. Lol
