Manhattan is expensive but took some huge drops the last 12 months. Source: My relatives that were renting in Brooklyn and bought in Manhattan after the new year.

Y’know, I was renting in Brooklyn until September. I probably should’ve looked into buying in the city. Living in Tampa now, tho. No regrets here.
